• Are you a sport competitor who constantly underperforms in important competitions?
• Do you never do as well as you are expected to do in competition?
• Do you feel like not playing your sport anymore?
• Do you ever get uncomfortably nervous before an important competition?
• Have you ever had a large lead in competition and totally ‘choked’ therefore loosing the game?
• In a team sport like basketball, do you shy away from taking the last shot that can win the game?
• In baseball, do you hate having the responsibility going to the plate, the last at bat, when you can win or lose the game?
• Do you lack mental strength?

Adding mental training to physical training is the key to winning more consistently in sports competition and it’s only attainable by learning the 5 Fundamental Pillars of Mental Strength for Sports Competition.

This program is a new way of coaching Mental Strength for sports competition.

Most programs provide large amount of information on mental strength and this can overwhelm the athelete.

However, this program reduces all this information to the most important 5 Pillars of Mental Strength. Then it goes one step further and gives assignments between each session. This gives the athlete a chance to apply and practice what they have learnt, in their sports competition.

So by the end of the program, the athlete would have built up the habit of using their new Mental Strength. This would lead to significantly increasing the chance that this new Mental Strangth would be permanently installed.

• You will be able to persistently perform at your highest level leading you to win more often.
• You won’t choke when being in the lead
• You will be able to control your pre game anxiety
• You will display superior confidence
• You will overcome the need for social approval
• You will be more resilient after making mistakes
• You will overcome the fear of failure
• You will perform with optimal concentration
• You will be able to overcome the negative thinking in your head

We see examples for the need for Mental Strength in many different sports

BASKETBALL

Michael Jordan is believed by many, to be the greatest basketball player ever.

What sets him apart from most of his competitors is his six championship rings with the Chicago Bulls.

His just as famous coach, Phil Jacson was one of the first coaches to publicly state the importance of sports psychology and meditation. He believed in the need for Mental Strangth.

He brought in George Mumford, a sports psychologist and meditation teacher to work with the Chicago bulls.

Michael Jordan was said to be skeptical at first. However, after using the Mental Strangth techniques he was taught, he said this after his famous game-winning shot against the Utah Jazz, “These things really work.”

So, even arguably the greatest basketball player of all time, acknowleges the benefits of Mental Strangth training.

TENNIS

Rafael Nadal is playing in the 2022 Australian open and down the first 2 sets to his opponent D.
Medvedev.
The pressure is on Rafael because if he wins he will hold the record of 21 Grand Slams. He is under
even more pressure because his main rival Novak Djokovic is not in the tournament making him the all time favorite to win.
However he does not crack under all this pressure and is able to fight back and win the next 3 sets to win the Tournament.

However, Bradly known for his super confidence and extreme competitiveness.

He encourages his team not to give up and is able to bring his team back from one of the greatest dificits in a Super Bowl history, and lead the Patriots to a 34-28 victory.

GOLF

Jordan Spieth was playing in the 2016 Masters golf championships and was the defending champion.
He was winning by a commanding 5 strokes heading into the back 9 on Sunday but had an epic melt down on holes 10,11 and 12, finishing in 2nd place.

Professional athletes know that Mental Strength has to be added to their program and this may mean the difference of earning Millions of Dollars over the course of their career.

If you have tried positive thinking or affirmations and it has not worked, it is not your fault.

The problem here is that you are thinking and saying something that you don’t really believe.
So you say ”I’m going to win my game today “ and your mind answers ”Yeah Right .They beat you the
last 6 times , as a matter of fact, you have NEVER beaten them.”

However with the coaching in this program you learn how to manage your negative thinking.

You not only learn these methods intellectually, but with the assignments, mental exercises and coaching, you get to apply what you learn during the length of the course.

Research shows that the quicker you apply something that you learn, it significantly increases the chances of your actions being permanently installed.

You have not been
given all the tools

Many self -help experts when it comes to mental strength, teaches it intellectually.
We learn something intellectually by understanding it but not applying it.
So we go from course to course, from coach to coach getting more and more information, but not doing anything new.

Those self -help experts don’t mind you buying their various courses just for you to put the information on the shelf and in the end, all you paid for was shelf – help.

In this coaching you are not only taught the 5 Foundational Pillars of Mental Strength for Sports Competition, you are also taught how to apply these 5 Pillars, by performing the Special Mental Exercices and aasignment you are given, at the end of every session.

How this program will help you?

As a sport competitor, after years of hard work, you are now at he top of your physical game. But, you are still underperforming in competition. Now is the time, to add mental training to your program. If you do not, you will be letting years of hard go towork waste, as you are stuck at this level of under performing. Now is the time to be super confident, so that you can stay ahead of your competition and be consistently over performing.
The difference in talent in competition is so slim that a millesecond of time may be the difference between 1st and 2nd.
Research shows that of the people who remember who came first, only half of them remember who came second.
This difference in position can be translated to Millions of Dollars in earning over an athlete's career.
All champions have the Edge, the Mental strength Egde.
As a physical therapist I have the opportunity to treat both athletes and patients. I have found improving mindsets via mental strengthening has improved the performance of talented athletes who would never make a final 8, to consistently place in the top 3. For patients, changing their mindset with basic mental training, have sped up their recovery time for them to achieve their goals, like attending their grandchild’s wedding or going to their long awaited high school reunion.
My father was an Olympic Coach, who carried the Jamaica team to the Munich Olympics in 1972. Working with some of these athletes, revealed to me that talented athletes at the highest level of their sport, would not consistently win medals, if they did not incorporate some form of mental training to compliment their physical abilities.
As an athlete myself competing in swimming, soccer and running, my coach (who was my father) would train me in mental strengthening and I would use this winning mindset to surpass my competition and consistently medal in swimming and running. My practice of mental strengthening has also proven extremely helpful in my career to not suffer from ‘exam Phobia’ and help me pass exams in college, physical therapy school and personal training certifications.

How this program works

Most coaching programs on mental strength give a lot of information on the subject. By the end of their program, the athlete can intellectually explain what Mental Strength is but they still can’t explain to themselves, why it hasn’t been installed in their mind.

This is beacause the other coaches have left out the most important part, and that is how to practice it.

This is what makes this coaching program different. It incorporates time in the program to practice each Pillar of Strength, and to acquire the necessary feedback, to eventually make mental strength permanent.

How to get started

They are two types of people in this world.
